My name is Jamie and I have been a successful wellness coach, personal trainer and motivator in the fitness industry for over 19 years. I have guided hundreds of successful individuals in reaching their health, fitness and wellness goals. I will provide you with consistency and motivation, as they are important keys to one’s goals.

When customizing workouts and nutrition plans, it is important to tailor them to a client’s goals and envisioned end result. Believing in helping others through one-on-one guidance, motivation and a healthy lifestyle is important since it is not just about your physical well-being, but also about being mentally sound with increased self-esteem and confidence.
Having worked with individuals ranging from 11 to 85 years of age has given me great insight with various goals as no two individuals are alike. An individual’s goals can include, but are not limited to gaining more confidence, weight loss, feeling better, healthy nutrition, looking better, increased athletic ability, muscle gain or any combination.
